Your instructions say that there should be files in app/sql, but there isn’t any.
Anyway, I went ahead and got this error:

What I’m curious about is that when I created a new site, it also didn’t have an app/sql server.
I’m running custom php 7.0.3 and sql 5.5.55 because a client’s server is using those and I want to minimise compatibility issues when importing. Is this contributing to the problem?
