Hey Clay, so I did what the link you emailed me said but I still get this error even after I renamed the folders on Local Sites. Am I missing something? I have attached 2 screenshots to show that my folders are renamed and when I get the error.

@clay I tried to delete the file in step 4 but it cannot do that because the files are in use. I then stopped the site deleted it and it let me, renamed the back up to the original. Then did the rest of the steps and I get this error message when trying to view the site.
Still not working for me, I am mainly trying to recover blog posts. Any idea as to what I might be doing wrong?
