I had the same issue. I tried ‘Run as Administrator’ and it seems to be working now.

@Luisarellano are you still have this trouble? You might try running as Administrator like @Turnspike suggested. Another suggestion is to force restart Virtual Box. You can find that information here: How can I forcefully restart the Local by Flywheel VM?
