Where in the process are things failing? Have you been able to successfully start Local yet?
You might need to forcefully stop the Virtual Machine by following the steps in this help doc: How can I forcefully restart the Local by Flywheel VM?
If that doesn’t work, I see that there is a message in the Local log that says:
