Can't access latest version of site after restoring

I recently had work done on my Mac OSx 10.14.2 and had to restore everything from Time Machine. My sites appeared in Local, but all said, “Warning! Site Container is missing.” There was a button to “Restore Site” so that’s what I did. However, when I log into wp-admin, it is an old version of the site.

The last work I did on the site involved a lot of new graphics, so I did some digging and found the media files in the /app/public/wp-content/uploads/[date] folder. However, these images don’t show up in my media folder on the wp dashboard.

I know that the last version must have been saved since those files are there, but I’m not getting served the last version when I log in.

Any ideas of what’s going on?

Is this the only way to get support for Local? I need to recover my files, but I’m at a loss of what to do, and Flywheel support says to ask here in the forum.
