Add tags like "Fractal Status"

Hi!

In my case, I’m working with a lot of developer and hosting, and sometimes, I need to know what’s the hosting of my project, if there’s an automatically git pull or event if the site has been in prod.

So, It is possible to add a tags options (like Fractal Status*) to know in a glance the most important information about my site ?
