Sorry about this! It looks like the VM failed to create and it’s still trying to use the bad VM.
Please try the following:
- Quit Local by Flywheel
- Open VirtualBox

local-by-flyweel
VM by right-clicking on it and going to Remove and then Delete all Files - Manually update VirtualBox
- Re-open Local and proceed with the installation
