Hello, this worked for me on Windows 7 pro:
1/ System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Firewall > Firewall Options
Deselect “Block all Incoming Connections”
2/ Reboot the computer and enter BIOS (press F1 or F2/F8/F12… depending on your computer)
3/ Enable Virtualization > Save
4/ Reboot
