Starting my site issue

I’m working a site from local. I made the change from local environment from custom to preferred. I duplicate the site. Afterwards, Im trying to start the site and it stays on the starting line and does not advance. Anybody with the same issue? I need help! :fearful:

I apologize for the trouble!

Are both sites not starting or only one? Based off of the log, it looks like the one using the Custom environment is having trouble starting MySQL.
