Since the wp-config.php file is autogenerated on Flywheel’s servers, you can’t modify or delete it. You might consider a different migration plugin like Migrate Guru: https://www.migrateguru.com/
Out of curiosity, what does your local log say about the crashing during a Push? Would you be willing to share your local log? See
