Sorry for the delay!
Please try the following:
- Quit Local if it’s running
- Open Terminal
- Run the following command and provide your password when prompted:
sudo /Library/Application\ Support/VirtualBox/LaunchDaemons/VirtualBoxStartup.sh restart
- Go to System Preferences » Security & Privacy
- Click on the “Allow” button if present
- Re-open Local

If you’re still having this problem, please try manually updating VirtualBox and then restart your PC.
